+: хороший номер, было чисто, тихо и уютно. -: брали номер на четверых, 2-е взрослых и 2 ребенка, была большая кровать и раскладной диван, диван для детей по ширине был маловат, хотелось бы чуть пошире.

+: Всегда останавливаюсь в этом отеле, вход в ресторан по коду или при наличии сертификата, персонал вежливый и приятный, постель и полотенца белоснежные, но в этот раз в отеле начали реконструкцию и ремонтные работы, вся строительная пыль поднимается на этажи и оседает на ковровое покрытие в коридоре и номерах, дышать трудно, окна не открываются никогда… конечно после окончания всего этого будет красиво но… но сейчас очень и очень не комфортно 🤷‍♀️ если бы на сайте отеля была инфо про ремонтные работы, я бы задумалась о бронировании номера в этот период, так как я аллергик и писала письмо в отель с просьбой предоставить номер для некурящих по причине аллергии) и бонусом получила номер со строительной пылью) это совсем не весело и небезопасно лично для меня с моей аллергией. Менять отель, требовать возврат денег уже не было сил, тем более была не одна, а с коллегами. И мне очень нравится этот отель и я всегда его всем рекомендую. +: Завтрак в номере в связи с Ковид-19. Персонал всё подготовил заранее. Нужно было только спуститься и забрать поднос с едой. -: В ресторане маленький выбор блюд всвязи в Ковид-19.

+: Просторный хороший номер, с очень удобной мягкой и большой кроватью, что можно потерять друг друга на ней)) -: Далековато от центра, где-то полчаса пешком.Очень вкусные завтраки, большой выбор, можно даже сделать самому вафли. Но дороговато, 21,75 € с человека с учётом налога.

+: В отеле останавливалась 5 раз за год) он держит уровень) И буду останавливаться в отеле в следующем году! К сожалению имела не приятную ситуацию в октябре при выселении и в следующий раз при заселении с одной и той же Леди на рецепшин, но это быстрее человеческий фактор) после этого появилось желание сменить отель.. Но с другими сотрудниками общение проходило вежливо и хорошо) Для меня важен уровень обслуживания и отношения ко мне, как к гостю отеля во всем.. я хочу получить за мои деньги сервис за который я плачу, и здесь я его получила!! Про расположение отеля, магазины рядом я писала ранее и это написано во всех отзывах) всех с Новым годом! И всем легких приятных путешествий))

+: Чистый хороший номер -: При заезде ресепшн сказал , что завтрак включен и показал , куда надо пройти.На утро мы пришли, отметились, поели. При выезде другой ресепшн взял с нас за завтрак ( вы же завтракали, а завтрак в стоимость по умолчанию не включен). То есть сначала оказали услугу, потом за нее взяли стоимость. Будьте внимательны. Спрашивайте заранее стоимость , чтобы не платить за завтрак как за полноценный ужин
