+: Есть стоянка для машиныНеплохой завтрак и ужинВ номере тепло -: 1.по утрам в кране нет горячей воды и это зимой. Вода ледяная 2.бассейн утром закрыт а вечером открыт до семи... после лыж нет времени посетить .... очень умно продумано3.за такие деньги хотели получить чтото большее но увы одно расстройство4. Я много путешествую и не помню когда оставлял такой отзыв.... жаль что так вышло но удовольствия не получил 5. Только ресторан был на уровне 6.очень шумный обогрев номера невозможно спать

+: Ничего не понравилось. Как только увидели месторасположения отеля и сам отель, решили, что там невозможно отмечать день рождения и вообще останавливаться. Уехали из отеля через 2 часа после размещения. -: Не понравилось все: расположение - напротив отеля стройка и цыганская махала. Отсутствие какой-либо территории и парковки. Несоответсвие фотографий и масштабов на сайте и в действительности. СПА тоже не соответствует фото. Ужин был скудный , одни овощи. Специально отвезли детей на ужин, поскольку оплатили проживание в отеле заранее ,и никто деньги не вернул.

+: Местоположение,парковка,бассейн с горячей водой и джакузи,номер Делюкс был комфортабельный.Завтрак вкусный. Несомненно мы ещё вернёмся сюда. -: На ужин была вся еда холодная,хотя было что поесть.Отсутствие полотенца для ног около душа.

+: Бассейн с горячей термальной водой на улице работает до 10 вечера . -: Темный номер требующий косметического ремонта.В номере есть чайник ,но отсутствуют пакетики для чвя ,кофе, сахар..сауны включают когда попросят.в ресторане очень скудный завтрак.В номере не было горячей воды.Вообщем во всем ощущается режим строжайшей экономии во всем.

+: Отель отличный. Бассейн, джакузи наполнен горячей целебной водой. Чисто, уютно. На выходные дни и праздники шведский стол. Всё очень вкусно, хороший ассортимент. По будням чувствуется, что повара нет. -: В будние дни завтрак намного хуже, чем в выходные дни или праздники. За те же деньги

+: Очень понравилось оформление отеля. Великолепные картины и фотографии! Много "изюминок" на тему конного спорта. Понравился термальный бассейн, правда, когда он работал. Жаль, но работал бассейн нормально лишь в первый день. -: Большим разочарованием было приехать в СПА-отель и оказаться без всякого предупреждения в детском лагере только потому, что у детей в это время каникулы. Считаем такое положение просто неприемлемым! Не устроила работа термального бассейна лишь в первый день пребывания.

+: Минеральные бассейн и джакузи с видом на холмы - это бомба) Большой плюс - джакузи работает чуть ли не круглые сутки. Номер с видом на лес очень просторный и приятный. Большой санузел. С ванной и душевой кабиной. В целом впечатления от проживания очень положительные. Очень рекомендую этот отель для спа отдыха! -: Немного не хватало на завтраке овсяной каши, фруктов... Хотя, возможно её можно было бы попросить, но наш болгарский слабоват ) Не всегда работает хамам и сауна. Видимо надо как-то заранее просить персонал, чтобы их включили. Но с другой стороны, в джакузи так горячо, что не факт, что на сауну и джакузи у вас будут силы)
