+: Персонал дружелюбный, говорит на русском и английском языке! Номер был чистый. Завтрак можно было выбрать из меню! Удобное расположение отеля. -: Интернет в номере был слабый.

+: Добре направено и осъществено това със закуската.Със избор и сервиране от страна на любезния персонал от млади момчета и момичета.Прекрасно място за семейства с деца. Тишина удобство и уют.........мека топлина в топлите Юлски и Августки месеци в Слънчев бряг.Чуствах се все едно съм на някое планинско хотелче.Поздравления за всички от семеен хотел "АУРЕЛИЯ"..... -: Нямам препоръки като човек за една нощ......

+: Досить новий готель. Чисті номери. The hotel is quite new. Rooms are clean. -: Басейн брудний - листя, піря, мертві комахи плавають по поверхні води. Сніданок - чотири варіанти на вибір, більш-менш нормальні з них лише два. Персонал ресторану - невиховані, хамовиті дівчата. Часто "забувають" приносити решту після розрахунку, а коли приносять - найдрібнішими монетами, які мають... Dirty swimming pool - leaves, bird feathers, dead insects are swimming beside you. Breakfast - you can choose one set of four. Only two of those four sets are eatable. The rest food served in this restaurant is disgusting. Personnel in the restaurant - extremely rude, unprofessional girls, often "forget" to give change and when reminded bring the smallest coins they have.

+: Единствено локакацията. -: Паркингът се заплащаше, въпреки че към резервация беше включен безплатен такъв. За тридневния ни престой стаята НЕ беше почистена нито един път!
