The Balkan Jewel Resort is located in the resort of Bansko, at the foot of the Pirin Mountains. It overlooks Ian Woosnam Golf Course. It offers apartments and studios with parquet floors and a comfortable seating area. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and free private parking is available.

The hotel is located in the Razlog Valley, surrounded by the Pirin, Rila and Rhodope Mountains. +: Отличный отель для семейного отдыха. Большой апартамент, включающий в себя все необходимое . Удобные кровати. Красивый вид с балкона. Персонал готов идти навстречу при необходимости-разрешили заехать раньше и выехать позже. Бассейн на улице так же порадовал

+: Останавливаюсь в этом отеле не впервые. Нам нравится возвращаться в него. Для семей с детьми - идеальный вариант. Номер двухкомнатный, удобный. Кухня полностью оборудована. Хорошая территория отеля. Удобно выезжать из этого отеля на экскурсии в районе Банско. -: Не работала ни одна сауна! Спа также не работал. Об этом ничего не было сказано заранее при заселении.

+: Номера чистые, уборку проводят каждый день, работают приятные и отзывчивые сотрудники, завтраки вкусные с большим выбором блюд, очень понравилась комната отдыха с бильярдом, красивая територия -: Сильно дуло от балконной двери, из-за этого при постоянно работающим отопление было холодно, очень маленькие и тонкие одеяла, грязные столовые приборы, спа маленькое и периодически частично не работающее (в субботу и воскресенье не работали одна сауна и джакузи с горячей водой, а в понедельник работали только бассейн и джакузи с прохладной водой)

+: Мы жили в отеле в двух номерах, которые бронировали через разные агрегаторы. На Букинге самые приятные цены. В отеле 5 корпусов, поэтому для полноценного отдыха лучше попробовать выбрать номер при заезде, потому что в некоторых номерах вид на горы а некоторые на стройку или бассейн.Номера с каминами все на 5 этаже, дрова дорогие))) Кухня вся рабочая, есть все что нужно для приготовления пищи. В отеле два классных бассейна, один горячий, другой после сауны градусов 30Хорошие завтраки, непонятно почему так отнеслись к напиткам- одноразовые стаканыПриветливый персонал Детская комната большая но там никого нет, ни аниматоров ни других детеДо каталки ехать на машине минут 10 -: Большой минус что в бассейн вход через улицу как и в ресторан Ещё как минус, что по прилету в Россию после активного купания в горячем бассейне, мы всей семьей заболели ротовирусом 😅 но может это и не связано с отелем ( у нас маленькие дети)
