+: Бронировал номер с балконом де-люкс,оплата сразу(с аэропорта проплачивал).В итоге достался номер самого дешового класса.И карточек от дверей не было в наличии.Ужас просто!!!

+: Огромный балкон, метров 15, можно по нему бегать) Хороший вид на город и горы. Персонал делал, что мог, но мог он немного. -: Люкс для некурящих пахнет как заводская курилка. Пятна на диване, мебель местами ободранная. Завтраков нет, совсем. Ванная течет, мастера ждали почти сутки, но он так и не пришел, в результате переселили в другой номер почище, но поменьше. В этом номере всю ночь журчала вода в кондиционере, хорошо, что сплю крепко. Чайник есть, но ни воды, ни чая, ни ложки размешать сахар. Попросили на ресепшене, ложку дали, причем личную) За что администратору спасибо, хоть так)

+: Просторные и чистые номера. В наших номерах были огромные террасы. Уборка каждый день. В гостинице бассейн и зона отдыха под открытым небом во дворе. -: Ресторан закрыт. Завтрак был в баре на верхнем этаже.

+: персонал хороший , одеяло -: номер полностью, старая мебель, ванная ужасная , но самое страшное это ковёр , противно было ступать , а так как тапочки не выдают в номерах что оченннньь странно

+: Отель в тихом районе возле центра. До него 15 мин. на машине. Номер большой, просторный, светлый. Есть подземный паркинг (в нём, правда, со слов девушки на ресепшн, не оказалось мест) и общественная парковка рядом на улице. Если вы тут по делам или проездом, то вам сюда. -: Отель явно задумывался с прицелом на более высокую ценовую категорию. Но со временем слегка устал и сейчас производит впечатление попроще. Однако, своих денег стоит однозначно.

+: Расположение хорошее. Рядом магазины ,бары, так как в отеле воообще ничего не работает ни рестораны ни лаунжи -: В номере плохая уборка,очень много пыли. Шторы и занавески прожены сигаретами. Кондиционер не работает. Телефон не работает. Чтобы связаться с рецепшенем нужно спускаться на рецепшен. Отель на 4 звезды воообще не тянят. Максимум 3 и то наврядли.

+: ничего -: подземный паркинг неудобный , паркинг- место очень узкое , может быть удобно только для малогабаритной машины, мне было сложно запарковать и выпарковать свою машину !! Номер был прокурен, пришлось проветривать полночи . Чайника в номере тоже не было, как и кофе и чая, а вот сахар зачем- то лежал..
