+: Кормили хорошо, персонал приветливый, до пляжа идти 9 минут неспеша, но есть один нюанс: проход через територию другого отеля и нужно иметь пропуск. Один раз нам не достался пропуск и нас долго не пропускали, что немного подпортило впечатление. -: Лифт работает только от 4 этажа ! В комнате ужасно пахнет!Потолки очень низкие ( около 2 метров ) Обменять комнату нам отказали.

+: Чистота, персонал. -: Пишут, что есть пляж, но его нет. Дают купон на пляж другого отеля, в первой половине отдыха брали без проблем, но когда народа стало больше, то купон получить стало невозможно. Ходили на бесплатный пляж до которого достаточно далеко. Полное отсутствие сезонных фруктов. И отель не соответствует 4*. Нет фена, сейфа, нет бутылочек с водой. За едой были очереди.

+: Ужины очень хорошие, а иногда отличные прям были. Хорошая детская площадка в очень уютном месте. -: Завтраки очень однообразны, недостаточный выбор еды. В обеденное время в отеле невозможно поесть. Даже какой-нибудь сэндвич купить нереально. Лобби бар вообще не работал. Приходилось ходить за едой в другие места, при том, что в непосредственной близости нормальные кафе отсутствовали. В номере не было практически ничего из того, что обычно бывает в трехзвездочных отелях. Даже чайник отсутствовал. Не говоря уже о халатах с тапочками, о морозильной камере, минимальном наполнении мини бара. Лифт есть лишь с 4 этажа. До 4 этажа приходилось ходить с коляской по лестнице.
