+: Отель очень понравился, огромный двухкомнатный номер с двумя кондерами. Отличное расположение, приветливый персонал. Нам очень понравилось. Кстати кто-то писал, что шумно на раене, вообще не заметили. Так же было бесплатное место для парковки.

+: Завтрак хороший, но однообразный, особенно если ты завтракаешь 14 раз и кушаешь одно и тоже -: Отсутствие сейфа в номере. За сейф надо платить 5 левов каждый день, если хочешь его. Я много раз бывал в отелях в разных странах, но это вижу впервые.

+: Тихий и приятный отель, расположенный в 3 минутах от центра города. Мы получили отличный сервис как на стойке регистрации, так и в столовой. Администратор по имени Евгения была очень внимательной и услужливой. Большое спасибо, будем рады приехать снова

+: Расположение, персонал, и завтрак на 5. Цена и качество соответствуют. За такую цену думаю будет трудно найти отель с такими же предлагаемыми услугами. Комнатки маленькие, минимум необходимого, но для ночи второй вполне терпимо. -: Сама же гостиница похожа на американскую тюрьму, из фильмов 80-х. Окна комнат так расположены, что в них могут заглядывать всё кому интересно.

+: Все было супер. На рецепшен приятный персонал .заселились в 2 часа ночи без проблемЗавтрак хороший сытный но однообразный как в принципе везде . Гостиница чистая , номера убирали каждый день . Бассейн чистый и большой . От моря не далеко , нам очень понравилось. -: Нет такого

+: Мы не ночевали в этом отеле так как вышла проблема. Я забронировала его по букингу по программе отелей для беженцев (бесплатно) на 1 ночь. Мы приехали немного поздновато, но до закрытия чек ина. Оказалось что для того чтобы заселиться нужно сначала получить укрытие от болгарских учреждений (закрыву), а без нее не селят. Нас попросили оплатить ночь, но я нашла номер намного дешевле, чем нас просили оплатить. Получилась неудобная ситуация (из-за нехватки информации). По факту уже ночью мы искали себе жилье

+: Великолепный сад и в ресторане очень вкусно готовят -: В номере было всего 2 розетки , для чайника, фена, телефонов и т.д. ... их катастрофически не хватало , да и ремонт в номерах уже не мешало бы сделать , чувствуется савдепия
