+: Подземный паркинг, очень большой номер, приличный завтрак, приветливый персонал. -: Банные халаты в номере и ковровое покрытие в коридоре требуют замены.

+: Очень удобная кровать и подушки. Если нужна парковка - нужно это выяснять заранее у администрации. Сама парковка безопасная, находится под гостиницей. -: Нет ничего.

+: Просторно, нормальный завтрак. -: Платная парковка, грязные номера ( волосы, насекомые, следы мочи). Номер со скандалом поменяли, хотя и столкнулись с полным безразличием персонала. Плевать на собственный имидж, не соответствует 4 звездам. В вечернее время не дождетесь уборки или менеджера так как никого в отеле нету.

+: Красивый номер, очень комфортный, теплый, с удобным рабочим местом; поэтичное окно в пол, классные матрасы на кроватях и отличный напор горячей воды. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Удобное расположение, можно пешком исследовать центр города, также близко к метро и потому легко добираться до аэропорта.

+: Месторасположение. Отель хороший. В номере есть все необходимое. Халат, тапочки, набор для душа. Нет забной пасты и щетки)) но есть одноразовый станок и средство для снятия макияжа)Много полочек.Удобный матрас.Чай кофе в номере.Завтрак аппетитный и сытный.В день заезда был сильный дождь,попросила на рецепции зонт-нашли без вопросов и дали на весь день. -: Немного подтекала ванна. Плохо закрываются шторы. Немного шумно, хотя окна закрыты.

Пытались помочь по любому вопросу. -: Не понравились завтраки - скудные + то что должно быть горячим ( сосиски, бекон, омлет) было еле теплым.Проблема со сливом в душе в номере 311, сразу поменяли на номер 307, но там было не намного лучше, также вода не сходила и начинала выливаться за бортик
