+: Я с двумя детьми путешествовала по путевке от туроператора. Рейс у нас был ночной, к отелю приехали в 6:30 утра. Оказалось, что стойка регистрации работает только с 8 часов, был только охранник, ключи не были оставлены, пришлось ждать. Хорошо, что как только администратор пришел, нас сразу заселили, хотя номер не был готов. В дальнейшем уборка производилась каждый день. -: Аппартаменты были с кухней, но из посуды ничего не было. Чайник нужно было брать напрокат за 5 лев в день. Фен выдавали по просьбе и его нужно было сразу же возвращать. В Болгарии отдыхаем давно, и многие там разговаривают по-русски, в отеле впервые столкнулись, что по-русски не говорят на стойке регистрации, обошлись английским.
