+: Доброжелательность персонала. Уютный семейный отель на тихой улице. -: Неудобный душ - нет душевой кабины, только занавеска, поэтому вода льётся по всему санузлу. Слабый запах канализации. Дует из окна, при сильном ветре достаточно ощутимо!

В комнате чисто, уборка раз в 2 дня, полотенца менялись часто. Близкое расположение к главной улице Пирин и гондольному подъёмнику. Персонал понимает русский язык, любые вопросы решались очень быстро! В комнате тепло. Можно заказать сауну за отдельную плату 7 лев за человека

Много гостоприемни хора. Бяхме си забравили две фланелки, но ни бяха върнати от персонала. Въобще хубави хора и прилични условия за престой. Время проживания: Февраль 2018

1) Отличное месторасположение отеля 2) С балкона вид на горы 3) Жили в 3х местном номере (номер был с двумя раздельными комнатами) 4) Кровати удобные 5) Холодильник есть 6) Ванные принадлежности есть 7) Уборка каждый день 8) Смена полотенец через день (при необходимости меняли каждый день) 9) Затемненные шторы 10) Приветливый персонал - старался сделать отдых комфортным 11) Сушилка для бордов(точнее просто шкаф для хранения) 12) Отель на ночь закрывается 13) Администрация помогала с обменом евро на лев 14) Рядом расположена центральная аллея и куча кафе 15) Отель ухоженный 16) Хорошая звукоизоляция 17) Персонал хорошо говорит на английском 18) Есть плед 19) Теплая вода круглосуточно

От дограмата духа.В сайта пише,че има осигурен паркинг. А такъв няма.Беше ми казано да паркирам колата надолу,където намеря.Разположението на хотела. Время проживания: Декабрь 2017

Закуската, която заплатихме допълнително, беше крайно незадоволителна от към качество и разнообразие. Стаята беше с доста захабени и остарели мебели. Чистотата не беше на ниво.Персоналът беше любезен и отзивчив. Разположението беше добро, близо да централната част на курорта. В стаята беше топло и комфортно. Время проживания: Февраль 2017
