+: Хороший уютный отель. Больше подходит для тех, кто приезжает на машине, поскольку находится в отдалении от трасс. Очень хорошие завтраки и ужины, которые входят в стоимость. Отзывчивый и заботливый персонал. Есть SPA с сауной и бассейном.

+: Отель находится в очень красивом еловом лесу, не в центре курорта,но до центра и подъемника пешком 8-10 минут. Отель не новый, но очень уютный, комнаты небольшие, есть отопление, кровати удобные. У нас был завтрак и ужин, шведский стол, питание очень хорошее, все свежее и вкусное, причём за ужином были включены напитки из автомата, сок и вода. В отеле есть СПА-центр, в котором сауна,паровая баня, соляная комната, бассейн. Все это включено в стоимость проживания, за доплату возможно сделать массаж. Очень приятно расслабиться и погреться после катания на горках. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Просим выразить отдельную благодарность Детелине, она очень внимательная, заботливая, хорошо знает русский язык, помогала по всем вопросам! Нам все понравилось. Однозначно вернёмся ещё раз в этот отель, при первой же возможности! -: Понравилось все.

+: Отель находится на отшибе, что дает тишину и свежий воздух, но и необходимость в своем транспорте. Понравились интерьеры ресторана и лобби-бара. В номерах было тепло, несмотря на -15 за окном. Полупансион стоит своих денег, рекомендую, но приходить на него надо обязательно в начале, что бы вам всего хватило. Вежливые парни на рецепшене с хорошим английским. -: Очень омрачило наше пребывание почти полное отсутствие интернета. Несмотря на все наши обращения, его так и не наладили. Для нас это было крайне критично, т.к. нужно работать по удаленке. В первый день не смогли попользоваться СПА, т.к. все было выключено. Пришлось самим разбираться с управлением и включать их самостоятельно. Бассейн очень маленький, не соответствует фотографиям. На завтрак был отвратительный кофе, не смотря на то, что он приготавливался кофемашиной. И хотелось бы, что бы персонал разжигал по вечерам камин в уютном лоббе-баре, что дало бы уют и дополнительную выручку в баре.
