+: Отель расположен в лесу. Тишина, чистый воздух. -: Отель старый, абсолютно не соответствует заявленным 3 -4 звёзды. Полотенца застираны до дыр. Отсутствие в номере элементарного чайника, о мини-баре даже говорить не приходится. СПА не работает. Завтрак скудный. Персонал не дозовешься. Кофе на завтрак пришлось просить - принесли в бумажных стаканчиках. Категорически не рекомендую этот отель в летний сезон, надеюсь к зиме исправятся.

+: Достаточно большие номера.Неплохие завтраки и ужины.Наличие парковки. -: Расположение - далековато от подъемников.Платный трансфер до горы.Очень много народу - шумновато.

+: при прокате лыж, нас бесплатно на собственном автомобили хозяина проката, возили на гору и обратно. -: халаты только за деньги. Уборка в номере, если об этом скажешь администрации. это касается также полотенец и туалетной бумаги.

+: Отель расположен в тихом месте , среди вековых елей . Ехать до подъёмника минут 5 . Это единственное его преимущество ! Все остальное ужас -: Несоответствие фото в Букинге и в реальности !!! Отель 4* , выглядит на отель 2* !!! Все убито и построено еще при совке !! Басейн закрыт на замок !!! Персонал не увидел нашей оплаты до заезда и при выезде начал трепать нервы , чтобы мы оплатили своё пребывание !!! Довели нас до истерики , хотели вызвать полицию , потом нашли нашу оплату и даже не извинились !!! Просто жесть !!!
