+: Всё понравилось! Завтрак очень хороший, свежий и разнообразный. На рецепции предложили бесплатно посетить СПА и бассейн. Вежливый персонал! Везде чисто!

+: Останавливались здесь во второй раз. Месяц назад нашу Боню встретили как принцессу,вот мы и решили вернуться). Комната сияет чистотой - ощущение такое,что ковровое покрытие постелили перед нашим приездом.Из окна вид на Марицу и старый город. Холл напоминает картинную галерею.Просторные лифтыдаже наш необъятный багаж разместился легко)) .Большой выбор продуктов на завтрак.Парковка на территории. -: Жаль,что в этот раз остановились лишь на одну ночь)

+: Нам понравилось всё! И нашу Боню встретили как королеву - лежанка,миски,вкусняшки и кулечек для.. для того,чтобы в городе оставалось чисто!) А еще рядом с отелем площадка для выгула собак. А еще для желающих теннисный корт. В двух шагах Хепи и продуктовые магазины . -: Ничего плохого не нашла.

+: Понравлось всё! Отель огромный. Номер уютный, удобный, шикарный вид из окна на весь Пловдив. Был маленький холодильник в номере, тапочки и халаты, чайник, кофе\чай, чашки, бокалы. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Детский бассейн теплый и приятный. Игровая зона интересная, игровая площадка на свежем воздухе, боулинг. Рядом речка, ресторан Хэппи, обменный пункт, магазинчики. -: Температура в комнате, было очень жарко, не работал термостат или же мы не поняли как он работает.

+: Нам все очень понравилось! Мы впервые были с собакой в отеле и не ожидали, что все пройдёт так прекрасно. Когда мы поднялись в номер, нашего питомца ждала кроватка, миски и вкусняшка. Очень приятное отношение к гостям. Обязательно вернёмся!

+: В номере были все заявленные удобства. также могу отметить большое количество подушек :) -: У кровати не розеток, они находятся довольно далеко и их всего 2. в номере был неприятный запах сигарет. проветрить не получилось. он либо из вентиляции, либо мебель уже прописалась. температура не регулировалась, поэтому пришлось открывать окно, так как было слишком жарко. В ванной кажется была плесень

+: В целом хороший отель, достаточно удобный номер, вкусные завтраки, прекрасное расположение. -: Плохая уборка, точнее её отсутствие, в номере не было в наличии таблички, и уборщица не заходила, но мы честно её и не искали, претензий тоже не предъявляли.Также удивило ,что за посещение бассейна взималась дополнительная плата.
