-: Хамство обслуживающего персонала на регистрации. Не работал кондиционер в номере и коридоре. На просьбу разобраться с неработающим кондиционером получил ответ - " если жарко, то откройте окно. А если холодно, то закройте". Работник на регистрации не знал русский и английский язык, хотя на сайте отеля было заявлено, что персонал владеет русским, английским и болгарским языками. Ужин был из холодильника и скудный. СПА работало частично, в римском бассейне отсутствовал трап для входа и в некоторых местах повреждёна облицовка. Отель не соответствовал пяти звёздам.

+: Великолепное расположение отеля.чистый горный воздух,очень красивый вид из окна на город и горы.замечательные лечебные процедуры и персонал СПА. Очень рекомендую. -: Очень обильное меню в ресторане,однако все всегда холодное,независимо от времени прихода.блюда,которые должны быть горячими-еле теплые и пока доносить их до стола и принимается за еду-они ледяные и становятся несъедобными.это очень снижает впечатление

+: Большой и очень чистый номер с террасой и отличным видом. Приветливый персонал. СПА и сауны. Расположение отеля. Хорошая и разнообразная кухня. -: В джакузи не удобно заходить, крутые ступеньки. По кромке горячей воды на стенах джакузи полоса грязи, которая за время нашего пребывания ни разу не убиралась. В большом внутреннем бассейне лестницы для спуска в бассейн очень не удобные, спускаться и выходить очень не удобно, особенно пожилым людям. Перила этих лестниц жирные и липкие на ощупь, не протираются. Вокруг бассейна в течении дня не убирают, видно волосы на полу. Не видел спасателя ни возле одного бассейна. Но видел, как 6-7 летний мальчик много раз разгонялся по деревянной тумбе, что в 1-1,5м от воды и прыгал в бассейн и его никто не остановил. Если бы он поскользнулся и не долетел до бассейна...? Перед поездкой связался с отелем по поводу трансфера..., дали номер телефона компании. Типа звони и заказывай. Смысл писать об этой услуге. Я и сам могу заказать в интернете. +: 8 бассейнов с разной температурой на любой вкус, бассейн с видом на лес и горы. Изысканное обильное и разнообразное питание. Очень удобные матрасы и плотные шторы в номере что позволяет отлично выспаться. Персонал всегда приветлив и готов решить все проблемы моментально. Отличная ежедневная уборка.
