+: Отель находится в удобной транспортной доступности. Пешком до центра или достопримечательностей - не более 15 минут, до метро - 1 мин. Окна выходили на площадь, что делало вид из окна шикарным. Номер просторный. На окнах занавески блэкаут. Хороший напор воды. -: Нет полотенца для ног (пола), как и коврика в ванной. Фен надо спрашивать у обслуживающего персонала. В наличии только стаканы и чайник, нет ложек, чая, кофе, сахара. Если утром номер не убрали (мы были еще в номере), то в течение дня и не уберут. Шампунь дали только за 1 день до отъезда, все дни предоставляли только мыло и гель для душа. Очень хорошая слышимость - вечером слышали соседей, а утром - обслуживающий персонал, который громко разговаривал в коридоре.

+: Чисто , удобно и очень хороший персонал. Запрет курения на всей территории отеля , это отлично . Отличное место расположения. -: Надо было несколько ступеней до лифта волочь чемоданы и не было там поручней.Остальное отлично.

+: Расположен очень удобно, метро близко и до центра дойти пешком можно. Рядом супермаркет. Кондиционер работает хорошо.Супер удобные кровати и подушки. Отдохнуть как на облачке можно.

+: близость к автовокзалу -: персонал на стойке регистрации, вода в бутылочке была одна в мини-баре, завтрак начинается в 8 утра, номер выходящий на дорогу, был достаточно шумный из-за трамваев.

+: Маленький уютный отель в самом центре, всё рядом, метро, общественный транспорт, магазины, обменник, кафе… Спать с открытой дверью на балкончик шумно, но в дождь очень комфортно! Под утро совсем шумно,закрывали дверь на балкон и включали кондиционер который работал хорошо и было почти тихо в номере! В общем высыпались хорошо , а я нормально, мне подушка жестковата была, а мужу наоборот не достаточно, понятно что всем не угодишь, поэтому не помешало бы добавить дополнительные подушки разной мягкости. Завтракали вкусно! Уборку проводили регулярно! Персонал отзывчивые! В общем отдохнули хорошо, много пешком гуляли, в перерывах между дождями.Обедали, ужинали в Happy, 10 минут пешком, вкусно и не дорого! Или в русском ресторане Арбат, очень вкусно, и меню и все говорят по русски, или на Бульваре Витоша много кафе ресторанов что тоже мин 10-15 ходьбы, Google Maps вам в помощь!
