The luxurious Melia Grand Hermitage on a quiet hillside is only 100 m away from the beach and is within easy reach of the center of the Golden Sands resort. All rooms offer free WiFi access. The spa stretches over 2 levels and offers beauty and massage treatments, an indoor and outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a gym.

+: Локация отличная, до моря близко , бассейны чистые , пляж комфортный . Еда на 8 из 10, но были моменты . -: В номере не работал кондиционер в самый разгар сезона адской жары , это огромный минус . Также не было тапочек в номере . Сантехнику пора обновить , плесень , неприятно .

+: Очень понравилось расположение чуть вглубь от основной линии отелей Золотых Песков. Комфортный номер, вкусное питание, внимательный персонал, отлично продуманное времяпровождение для всех возрастов. -: Нигде не было информации о том, что отдыхая по системе всё включено можно будет пользоваться далеко не всеми ресторанами, бассейнами и территорией отелях, которые показаны на фото. Для того, чтобы всем пользоваться нужно доплачивать.На пляже, на котором расположены лежаки для отдыхающих отеля неудобный заход с камнями на дне. В других местах такого не было, купались на других пляжах.

+: Уборка качественно каждый день .но нехватало осведителя воздуха.запох от покрытия пола и очень воняла канализация. -: Запах в номере мочей.мне пришлось выбрыщгать флакон духов.кухня ужасная овощи полу гнилые.рыба полусырая.сок и кола разведенная водой пришлось увидрмить персонал.большие очереди за едой.

+: Удобное расположение,Приветливые бармены, персонал здоровался. -: Отель не соответствует пяти звёздам((.В барах было самое дешёвое шампанское,его стоимость 5 лев в принципе я не избалована,но в прошлом году были в Sol Nesebr (хозяин один и тот же) 4 звезды шампанское и еда была на порядок выше чем в Melia.Еда часто была пережарена,на завтрак не хватало творога,сметаны.Кондитерские изделия были представлены в изобилии,но очень невкусно (За неделю съела тарт со сливой и всё.Тортов много выбор колоссален но до ужаса не вкусно.Зачем то на ужин засекли макароны с сыром творогом для утра супер,то чего не хватало,но зачем на ужин?Может сделать меньше выбор,но так чтоб было съедобно.Официанты стараются,улыбаются молодцы.Но голова не покрыта,прически не аккуратные,обувь ужасная,а ведь они весь день на ногах и на виду. +: Очень большая гостиница, не плохое место.Хорошие бассейны, не плохие бары, прекрасный. Вкусное мороженое, в основном для детей рай, для взрослых делать нечего. -: Уборка была каждый день, но не разу не убрали в туалете, жуки на полу валялись всю неделю, еда не вкусная и очень солёная. Перед заказом просил без глютеновое меню, ничего не было вообще. Постельное за неделю не разу не меняли. Сауна не работала ни разу. Ужасно много мух и комаров, все уехали в укусах. Мушки кусачие миллионами везде, на море не возможно было сидеть.
