+: Месторасположение, очень близко к лифту, в пешей доступности ко всем аттракциям. -: Завтрак скудный, овощи не свежие. Уборка - одно название, номера старые, унитаз сломан. Спать не возможно-подушки это комки ваты в наволочке, матрасы вообще не возможно ничем описать, с утра спина раскалывается. За потерю ключа взимается штраф( с этим столкнулась впервые, потому в шоке).

+: Уютный номер,очень близко к подьемнику.в центре,но при этом очень тихо.персонал очень приятный и всегда есть ,к кому обратиться. -: В ванной комнате нельзя было принять ванну,потому что при сливе текла вода на пол.в столовой кофе или чай за дополнительную плату.при такой цене это странно.

+: Расположение, вид на трассу. Бассейн и вся СПА зона -: Старый ковролин, старая мебель. Ужасный диван-раскладушка в гостиной- скрипел и складывался сам собой. Персонал, который отвечал "ну что тут поделаешь?" , или "сейчас высокий сезон, такси сюда не поедет, они все возят людей на гору. Идите, ищите сами себе такси".

-: Расположен вдоль лыжной трассы, но, по какой причине, нормальный выход на эту трассу отсутствует. Он перекрыт полностью железным ржавым шлагбаумом, между которым и стеной буквально надо протискиваться.

+: Супер расположение отеля, по сути, ski-in ski-out. Есть бассейн, несколько саун и хамамов, джакузи на улице - всё работает. Лыжехранилище небольшое, но с сушкой ботинок. На завтраке отличный выбор блюд на любой вкус. -: Персонал немного странный, всё зависит от того, кто в этот момент будет на ресепшн - могут помочь, а могут и нет. Попросили нитки с иголкой - один менеджер дал, второй через полдня сказал, что у них нет. Уборка в номерах средняя.
