+: Вкусно готовили, разнообразно. Вполне 👍для тотеля такого уровня. Ребенок 6 лет всегда находил что поесть. а это было главное для нас -: Слишком маленькие комнаты. Для двух взрослых и одного ребенка 6 лет было очень тесно. Парковка слишком маленькая.

+: Все отлично.Напитки отличные,еда,номер -супер.Вид из окна великолепный.Чистое море.Отличная уборка номеров.Еда вкусная и полезная.Обязательно приеду еще.Благодарю за незабываемые впечатления!!!!Не хотелось уезжать. -: Нет ничего отрицательного, только положительные эмоции.

+: Местоположение хорошее, персонал приветливый, аниматоры веселые и дружелюбные. -: На детской площадке нет ламп, вечером дети играют в полной темноте, хотя бы 1 можно было бы поставить.В баре на басейне никто не следит за чистотой, столики всегда грязные!В ресторане ассортимент маленький, но все равно есть что покушать, каждый день картошка фри и спагетти, можно было бы хоть иногда подавать рис для разнообразия.За 5 дней комнату не убирали ни разу, только заправляли постель. Полотенца меняют если только оставить грязное на полу.

+: Вкусный и разнообразный шведский стол, приветливые официанты. Отзывчивые горничные. Первая линия - близко к морю. -: Шумно для отдыха с детьми, имею ввиду вечернее и ночное время (напротив был ресторан с живой музыкой, где распевали песни до глубокой ночи). А в 8 утра несколько раз заходили без стука убираться, это неудобно при проживании с маленьким ребенком (при том что хенгеры "не беспокоить" не выдавали и в гостинице я их не видел). Очень маленькая детская игровая площадка, учитывая размер отеля и огромное количество номеров. В первый день после заселения, главный менеджер отеля сказала моей жене на чистом русском, что если она снимет браслет, то ее выставят на улицу из отеля. Также мы заранее попросили услугу late checkout из за позднего вылета, нам отказали, пришлось в день вылета ждать в вестибюле гостиницы 5 часов с годовалым ребенком на руках. В общем что заплатили - то и получили!

Я им сказал что парковка небыло включено изначально в стоимость и это Обман и они позвали ПОЛИЦИЮ, ЛЮДИ ОНИ ВЫЗВАЛИ ПОЛИЦИЮ ЧТОБЫ УБРАТЬ МОЮ МАШИНУ И ОТНЕСТИ НА ШТРАФ ПЛОЩАДКУ. Не очень приветливый персонал.Очень маленькая ванная комната. Там только туалет, очень маленький умывальник и лейка душа без шторки, или чего либо.Отсутствие чайника и фена в номере.Близко к морю. Хорошая еда, выбор не большой, но вкусно. Хорошая уборка каждый день. Уютный, новый номер. Хороший матрас. Хороший вид с окна, нам повезло. Время проживания: Июль 2018
