+: Хорошее расположение, недалеко подъемники. Красивый вид из окна. Есть кухня,тостер, плита, чайник и духовка, посуда, все необходимое чтобы готовить. Есть дополнительные подушки и пледы. Есть шкафы и полки для одежды. Не слышно было соседей, хорошая шумоизоляция. Очень тепло в номере. Простые но вкусные завтраки в ресторане. -: Номер грязный, куски пыли валялись. Видимо убирают поверхностно. Полотенец было 2 комплекта, за 6 дней ни разу не поменяли .В ванной подтекает вода, все время стоит лужа. На кухне на потолке огромное пятно с плесенью и сыплется штукатурка. Кровать застелена маленькой простынью без резинки. Постоянно сбивается. В гостинице есть бассейн, но в другом корпусе, надо идти по улице. Были проблемы с вайфаем. На рецепшен не могли помочь, надо было каждый раз звонить по телефону ответственному за этот номер.

+: Из плюсов могу отметить только размещение отеля относительно подъемников и наличие проката и хранения лыж прямо в здании отеля)) Приятные горничные)) И все!!!😩 Остальное минусы:((( -: Ужасные спальные места, если вас в номере больше двух человек ( а мы занимали 3-х и 4-х местные номера). На 4 человека даётся один ключ от номера! Второй ждали два дня!!! Набор посуды на кухне не поддаётся логике (штук 20 рюмок и стаканов для пива и ни одной чайной чашки, на 4 человека 1 вилка и т.д....) Менеджер даже не пытается вникнуть в проблемы гостей! Ее вообще нет в этом отеле, она работает и сидит в другом отеле((( Останавливаемся во Флоре не первый раз, но только благодаря удобному её расположению. И каждый год все меньше нравится(( Думаю пора менять отель...

+: Расположение -: Я забронировал апартаменты на 4 дня,но по приезду оказалось,что они заняты и нам с семьей пришлось поселиться сначала в один номер,а потом со всем скарбом переезжать в другой,что было крайне неудобно.

+: Место очень удобное, близко от лифта для путешествий по горам. Номер просторный, с балконом. Хороший вариант для команды до 4х человек. -: Несколько осветительных приборов не работала из-за неисправных ламп. Неудобные подушки.

+: Очень удобное расположение: в двух шагах подъемники и тропы на гору. Маленькая кухня со всем необходимым, просторный комфортный номер. -: Летом место не очень популярно, поэтому завтрак «Швеций стол» был не всегда. Наш номер выходил окнами на вход в отель, вид из окна отсутствовал как таковой.
