+: Теплый и чистый бассейн с детской секцией. Вкусные и обильные завтраки. Отзывчивый и вежливый персонал. -: В номере явно курили, что выражалось в соответствующем тяжелом запахе. Для некурящих людей весьма некомфортно.

+: Ничего -: Самый плохой отель в котором когда либо была. Заказала номер с видом на парк, получила с видом на автостраду и постоянным шумом. Когда спросила на ресепшн почему так, ответ был нагло в глаза, что именно там у них парк. Уборка ужасная. Завтрак лучше не ходить, даже чая чёрного нет. Те кто работает на ресепшн могу даже не поздороваться. Ужас !

+: Неплохой бассейн частично компенсировал удалённость от плажей. Но в Варне нет отелей, расположенных в непосредственной близости к морю. -: Невкусный ресторан в отеле, хотя городские рестораны, напротив, порадовали разнообразием блюд вкусно приготовленными морепродуктами.

+: Наверное не чего, если бы была возможность изменить вариант проживания, не поехал в этот отель в нем все плохо и дорого для 3 звезд, каши для детей нет . -: Дружелюбность персонала .его нет.

Отель старый и требует косметического ремонта. Очень много курящих в ресторане отеля.Месторасположение отеля в парке, тихо спокойно. Отличный бассейн с чистейшей водой. Номер с удобной постелью. Время проживания: Июнь 2018

обслуживание и сервис был сквозь зубы особенно в ресторане ! вайфай ужасен .в номере его практически не было!вид с окна не соответствовал указанному ! никаком люкса с видом на парке а обычный номер с видом на забор! .в бассейне отеля каждый день проводятся детские дни рождения .ужасные шум и толпа !номер был уютным Время проживания: Июнь 2018
