New four-storey building, one block, two entrances and two elevators. On the ground floor there is a reception with Russian-speaking administrators. The hotel was built in 2008.

The hotel is conveniently located in Chernomorets, 7 km from the famous town of Sozopol, 25 km from the city of Burgas, on the seashore.

It has its own guarded and fenced beach area. Lifeguards are on duty from 9.00 to 18.00. There are conditions for beach volleyball and football.
