+: персонал очень отзывчивый, хорошие завтраки, чистые номера, удобное расположение -: отсутствие горячей воды несколько дней, полумрак в номере, из освещения было всего два светильника у кровати с очень тусклым светом, после просьбы принесли торшер, который тоже еле освещал номер

+: Есть SPA и много видов разных массажей(отдельно оплачивается). Дали новую комнату. Спасибо. Мыло хорошее, с кремом. Это всё. -: Местоположение на окраине. Смотря для чего ехать, если посмотреть город, то далеко отвсюду. Базар только рядом. Завтрак каждый день одно и тоже. Для этого уровня гостиницы и местоположения очень высокая цена. В бассейне постоянно много народа не резидентов. От главной улицы далеко.

+: Удобное расположение отеля в центре города,есть минимаркет сразу через дорогу . Отель чистый приятный персонал,помогают во всем даже помогли пиццу заказать дёшево доминос , вкусная.также помогли заказать такси до Банско. завтрак нормальный всё необходимое для полноценного питания и вкусно . Также спа процедуры сауна , баня , бассейн,спорт зал , массаж. Ресторан где можно поужинать но не большой выбор ,но вкусно. При отеле есть казино мы там пропадали часами предупреждаю затягивает, осторожно!!! 😁 Цена полностью оправдала себя . Приятного путешествия не пожалеете. Это моё мнение -: Нет притензии, всё супер

+: Просторный номер, вкусный завтрак, приятный обслуживающий персонал . Отличная сауна и бассейн. Высокий уровень комфорта и обслуживания .Красивый, просторный зал для торжеств.Не хотелось уезжать , так все было прекрасно .Место , куда хотелось бы вернуться. -: Не понравилось 31 декабря проведение праздничного банкета , музыка. Ведущие певцы много времени проводили возле конкретных столов, возле конкретных гостей , а не на сцене для общего восприятия.
