+: Небольшой уютный отель, с не хитрым, но сносным завтраком -: глупое архитектурное решение в виде выхода окна на балкон соседнего номера. отсутствие душевой кабины

+: Отель расположен вблизи от центра города, можно запарковать машину рядом на улице, очень близко находится городской парк. -: Старое здание, маленький номер, вай фай перестал работать ровно в полночь - и не вернулся, звукоизоляция слабая. В туалете душ расположен без занавески и без бортиков вода заливает все пространство. Больше походит на молодежный хостель, в том числе и в ценовом диапазоне. Приемлемо остановиться на одну ночь
