+: Я отдыхала в Рояле Бэй и в Каварне и в Балчике . так вот, это совершенно разные по качеству обслуживания и чистоты отели! Рояль Бэй Ресорт - отличный отель, место расположение очень удачное. Персонал дружественный, приятный, улыбчивый. Атмосфера тепла и уюта! Пляж закрытый, чистый, волн нет НИКОГДА! Територия ухожена, много лавочек на алее. есть место для игр волейбол, футбол , детская площадка. Просто рекомендую , от души, особенно семьям с детьми!

+: Ресторан был шикарен и бассейн -: Обслуживание номеров не понравилось, на пляже люди оставляют свои полотенца на шезлонгах и не обращают внимания на таблички, и поэтому когда ты приходишь на пляж, то все шезлонги заняты, и приходится стелить полотенце на песочке как на обычном общественном пляже, персонал не следит за тем, чтобы не резервировали шезлонги своими полотенцами.

-: *Отель заявляет, что общественная зона не курящая, однако курят много и везде (в ресторанах, на пляже, в номерах), на столиках в ресторане ставили пепельницы. Не курящим вообще дется некуда, зон для некурящих просто нет!*Нет закрытого помещения для ресторана, когда дует сильный ветер холодно кушать в открытом, а в полузакрытом ресторане место сложно найти.* По booking заселяют не в главном корпусе, а в дальнем от моря, в этом корпусе также живет обслуживающий персонал. Персонал (в частности официанты) дети - подростки, ночью они шумят и веселятся и тем самым мешают отдыхать туристам.*Уборка производилась каждый день, но не совсем качественная, в коридорах на диванах паутина везде. * Мыло в номере нам не ложили за весь период не разу, однако в номере у друзей мыло было. Гель для душа, шампунь тоже были два маленьких флакончика в самом начале заезда и больше не пополнялись.* У нас в номере не работал интернет. *хороший кофе не входит " все включено ", только из аппарата.
