+: Все отлично 👍 отель на набережной прямо в центре, но великолепная звукоизоляция! Кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, уборка каждый день со сменой полотенец,вкусный завтрак,приветливый персонал, хороший ресторан,бассейн, бани,солевая комната. Все магазины, кафе,пляжи,променад, автобусная станция с которой идут автобусы в Бургас ( через аэропорт),в Несебыр и Солнечный берег, пирс,центр,всё в шаговой доступности. -: Слабоватый Wi-Fi.

+: Прекрасное месторасположение отеля. Приветливый персонал. -: Завтраки однотипные. В нашем номере ремонт был вроде и новый но сделан аматорами. Стены кривые, вода с душа вытекала в душевую комнату ( хорошо что давали екстра полотенца чтобы вымачивать этот бассейн). В отеле рекомендуют только одно тур.агенство в котором нету особого выбора экскурсий хотя рядом есть агентство с турами на любой вкус и цвет.

+: В гостинице приятный обслуживающий персонал. Изобилие СПА процедур: массажи, грязелечение, физиотерапия. Номер прекрасно расположен, большой, чистый. Получила комнату раньше времени. В комнате современный дизайн. Кровать удобная. Чистые полотенца, постель, халат, принадлежности для личной гигиены. Номер ежедневно с утра прибирал вежливый персонал. На балконе есть приспособление для сушки вещей. В номере есть уголок для чая с чайником и всеми принадлежностями, плюс чай и сахар. В комнате ждала бутылка с водой. Завтрак вкусный, но однообразный. -: Шумный кондиционер, слабый интернет, wi-fi периодически отключался. У бассейна не предусмотрено полотенец.

+: Отель расположен в центре города, прямо на берегу моря, в начале набережной, которая тянется на несколько километров вдоль моря. Можно гулять и дышать морским воздухом. Отель небольшой и очень уютный, место очень тихое. Персонал отзывчивый и улыбчивый, завтрак вкусный, кстати мы и обедали тоже здесь: и вкуснее, и не дороже чем снаружи. В отеле тепло, у нас практически все время была приоткрыта дверь на балкон. В номере убирают по утрам и меняют белье по мере необходимости. -: Во время пользования душем, из под ванны вытекала вода на пол, наверное из-за плохой изоляции между ванной и стенами, но это не критично, ибо всегда было полотенце для использования на полу, которое ежедневно менялось.
