+: Отель расположен в пешей доступности к пляжу, постельное белье и полотенца достаточно чистые. Есть балкон. Персонал дружелюбный. -: Было очень шумно, на момент поселения в отеле отдыхала большая группа подростков, слабо работал кондиционер, вечером проблемы с горячей водой. В номере не было Wi-Fi, был только на первом этаже и то слабый. На завтрак некоторые блюда представлены остатками с предыдущего дня.

+: В ресторане отеля вкусная еда. В пешей доступности море, большой басейн и лаудж зона, уютная комната, обходительный персонал. Очень озеленённая територия и много цветов)

Уборка номеров и смена полотенец и постельного обелья. Персонал, который ведет уборку грубый и злой!По системе все включено, нет чая в течение суток.Спасибо Николаю, менеджер на ресепшен, быстро реагировал на все просьбы и проблемы.Весь персонал на ресепшен работает хорошо и по возможности быстро. Очень не любезный персонал. Постоянные претензии. Парковка оплачиваемая но не охраняемая. Мебель в номере тридцатилетней давности. Аналогичной давности весь стиль холла, коридоров и развлекательного оборудования. Отель окружают заведения с очень громкой музыкой. Шум неимоверный. Невозможно спать. Даже с полностью закрытыми окнами. В номере обнаружили очень "интересный" документ. Может это стандартная бумага, но ни в каком другом отеле я такого не видела. Это был перечень из двух страниц, в котором были прописаны суммы за нарушения тишины (очень смешно), за грязь в комнате, за забитый слив.... Короче, два листа подобных глупостей. Прочитав его сразу забрали (на всякий случай) паспорта с рецепции. А то неизвестно за что пришлось бы платить. Как выяснилось, правильно сделали. Когда мы уже выселялись, нам сказали доплатить не очень маленькую сумму. Мы жили в номере для 2 -х взрослых и 2-х детей втроем: я , муж и 15-ти летний сын. Не убирают номер!! Полы не моют, полы грязные!! Невкусная еда. Выкладывают даже "вчерашнюю" еду. Время проживания: Август 2016
