+: Отель расположен в центре, недалеко есть торговый центр и рестораны неплохие. -: Стоимость отеля никак не соответствует 5 звездам, все старое в отеле. Забронировать трасфер из аэропорта не получилось никак - оплатить можно только КРЕДИТНОЙ картой и только заранее, если ДЕБЕТОВАЯ - это ваша проблема и отель вам не поможет. Ничего современного в отеле начиная от входной группы, мебели всей и прочее. Все очень старое. Ресепшен маленький - из неудобств оплатить картой испанского банка невозможно более 5000 тыс реалов за раз - проживание оплачивать пришлось 3 дня подряд и каждые день с утра блокировали карту. При стоимости номера более 400 евро за сутки, это безумие. Сам номер - как обычный номер в трехзвездах в европе. Ковровое покрытие старое, есть пятна. Сантехника требует также ремонта и замены, часть ржавая. Косметика в номере стандартная - никак не ценакачество при данной стоимости. Завтра обычный - омлет, сосиски, сыр, фрукты, выпечка. За 6 дней никакого разнообразия за завтраке нет. Бассейн Read more

+: Очень удобно, что можно писать в вотс ап по всем вопросам, все решается оперативно. Завтраки вкусные, месторасположение отличное, но Сан-Паулу не туристический город

+: Хороший отель практически в самом центре Сан-Паулу в двух шагах от Авенида Паулиста. Мы жили на 18 этаже в самый разгар локдауна, поэтому не могу оценить бассейн и шведский стол на завтраке. Однако завтрак, подаваемый в номера - превосходен. Чистый и большой номер, ванная (!) и тишина. Однозначно этот отель можно рекомендовать для проживания в Сан-Паулу. -: В день отъезда был заказан ужин в номер - он был просто ужасен. Однако, отель очень извинился и не включил этот ужин в счет.

+: В целом, все довольно неплохо. -: Немножко претит, что в самых удалённых уголках Бразилии в приличных паузадах есть цифровое тв с выбором языков, а здесь 30 кабельных каналов в плохом качестве с неприятной бразильской озвучкой.Прям вот серпом по яйцам, честное слово.
