+: красивый и стильный отель, удобные кровати, кто-то постарался и вложил в него душу, на этом пожалуй его плюсы заканчиваются... -: кто то вложил душу но забыл обучить персонал, а персонал с порога расстроил своим отношением, парень на стойке был откровенно не рад нашему приезду, ни добро пожаловать, ни предложить бокал вина (хотя ведро со льдом и бутылкой с бокалами стояло перед нами на стойке), на все наши вопросы отвечал пренебрежительно, мы даже немного опешили от такого приема, после долгой дороги и приехав в дорогой отель мы ждали совсем другой встречи, причем это мнение 3-х человек а не только мое, я бы его уволил бы сразу за такой сервис

+: Элитный отель с отличным дизайном. Очень удобные кровати и подушки. Кондиционер не слышно. Шампунь и пр. высокого качества. Очень приличные постояльцы (советую взять с собой вечерний наряд). Шикарный ресторан. Работа официантов заслуживает самой высокой оценки. Престижный и безопасный район. Рядом (5 минут пешком) метро и неплохие торговые центры. -: Тапочки в номере с перегородкой для пальцев. Я такие не ношу. На стойке регистрации отсутствуют туристические карты города с указанием местоположения отеля.
