+: Отель полностью соответствует фото. Красивая территория, бассейны чистые, пляж очень близко, территория пляжа очень ухоженная, свои лежаки и зонтики. К отелю примыкает улочка со всем необходимым - ресторанами, магазинами, фруктовыми лавками, аптекой. На пляже немного людей, тихо и спокойно. -: Завтрак хоть и с широким ассортиментом, а поесть особо нечего, нет смысла включать его в стоимость, проще купить всё нужное в холодильник. Персонал не говорит на английском языке. В отеле всё довольно старое и изношенное. Запах специфический соответственно стране.

+: Неплохой вид из номера, львиная доля номеров отеля имеет частичный вид на море. Близость недорогих кафешку. Близость к автобусным остановкам. -: На пляже и в море попадается строительный мусор, обломки бетонных конструкций, об один из них была повреждена стопа. Не мешало бы починить сантехнику и устранить попадание воды на пол в санузле.

+: 1) брал для ночёвки в связи с ночным прилётом. Потому без претензий был особых. 2) без депозита никак, но при оплате наличными размер депозита можно снижать. Я оставил 300ю. 3) место, наверное... хотя санья Бэй не самая лучшая бухта для пляжного отдыха. 4) больше 3 звёзд не дам. -: 1) сдают номер с плесенью и запахом и в ус не дуют. 2) на завтраке срач- по-другому не назвать. То, что падает на пол или вокруг тарелок, поднимается только в 10-30 по окончанию завтрака. 3) плюс, что есть терраса, где запах местный разбавляется уличным воздухом и не так свербит... 4) кофе, разумеется, нет. Да и чай пьётся из стаканов для сока, так как других нет.
