Отель взял депозит в сумме соизмеримой с суммой за проживание - 5000 юаней!!!! По ночам орут лягушки и цыкады. Очень дорогой ужин в ресторанах отеля.Завтраки замечательные. Кровать огромная. Отсутствие москитов. Мало проживающих. Пустынный протяженный чистый пляж. Теплое мелкое море. Время проживания: Апрель 2018

отель не новый, в номере пахло сыростью, расположен очень далеко от цивилизации, вокруг некуда пойти. Большой уютный уединенный отель, расположенный в тихом поселке. Инфраструктуры вокруг отеля нет, кроме небольшого магазина. Имейте в виду, что погода в бухте, где располагается отель сильно отличается от Саньи. Отдыхали в конце декабря, все дни лил дождь. Так что для этого месяца ищите отели такого класса в Ялунгвай, там и до города поближе, и погода получше. Время проживания: Январь 2018

Обман, сказали что нет мест в отеле по турпутёвке, а по букингу, спокойно забронировали и повторно оплатили номера. Так же попали несколько семей в этом же отеле. Еда очень дорогая и не очень вкусная в отеле. Концепция отеля не плохая но отель требует капитального ремонта. Персонал в отеле похоже совсем не заинтересован в его клиентах, как и весь персонал принимающей стороны компании Русь Тур. Хуже отдыха не было ни когда. Не связывайтесь с этой компании, а с отелем надо сразу понимать куда едете.территория, но не хватает капитального ремонта Время проживания: Январь 2017

Возможно, мы приехали не в сезон, но сложилось впечателение, что территория немного заброшена,к примеру на пляже не убирают мелкий мусор и т.д. Около отеля нет ресторанов и магазинов, а местные рестораны хоть и вкусно кормят, но очень дорогие. К сожалению, не все сотрудники отеля знают английский, хотя в итоге проблем с этим не было, общались жестами. Желательно, чтобы в отеле такого уровня каждый сотрудник знал хотябы базовые слова.Очень красивый отель с атмосферой спокойствия и полного релакса. Достаточно большая зелёная территория, бассейны, собственный пляж, вкусная кухня. Персонал приветливый и достаточно отзывчивый. Большое спасибо хотим сказать директору по операционной деятельности Амину, он достаточно быстро решает любые проблемы, и менеджеру ресторана, где проходят завтраки. Есть бесплатный трансфер в и из аэропорта (обязательно узнайте про него, не добирайтесь до отеля на такси!) и в ближайшие города. Время проживания: Сентябрь 2016
