Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is 11 minutes’ drive from the property. Attractions like the Shanghai Museum of Contemporary Art and Qibao Ancient Town are within 1.6 mi of the hotel. +: Отель пошёл навстречу и поменял даты брони из-за технической ошибки на сайте. Номер чистый, персонал говорит по-английски, на завтраке было все хорошо организовано. -: Окна в номере были тонкими и с плохой звукоизоляцией, поэтому под утро слышала любой звук (видимо, рядом что-то строили, и я проснулась от стука металлических палок друг об друга). Выбор на завтраке - стоит желать лучшего (практически отсутствует). Омлет есть невозможно, маринованные ананасы, много специфической разновидности китайской еды.

+: Расположение очень удачное, находится почти в центре, прекрасная набережная, рядом пешеходная улица, множество кафе и магазинов. Немного омрачил наше пребывание дождь, который не прекращался все три дня. Конечно же, съездили на метро через реку в район Пудунг, где знаменитые башни. Жаль, что почти не было видно вершин, тучи оказались ниже их.

+: Отель достаточно удобно расположен, но до самого центра города добираться тяжело, особенно в час пик. -: Персонал в отеле плохо разговаривает по-английски. Очень невежливы по отношению к постояльцам. Наше заселение заняло более 30 минут, т.к. были проблемы с оплатой депозита. Девушки на ресепшне не были готовы идти на встречу до тех пор, пока не произошёл явный конфликт.

+: Местоположение замечательное, все в шаговой доступности. Много достопримечательностей рядом с отелям. Просторные номера. -: Грязные номера требующие ремонта, заказывали номер с поздним выездом, заставили поменять номер, ссылаясь на то что наш номер уже занят.

+: Проживание довольно комфортно. Рестораном в гостинице не пользовались, так как большее время проводили в городе. -: Берут задаток около 42% за мини бар с эл. карты, а возвращают через 20-30 дней. Недоверие клиенту.

+: Хороший вид из окна на реку. Очень удобное расположение для пеших прогулок в центр, но от метро далековато. Есть такси на минивэне в аэропорт по цене 68 юаней с человека. Все таксисты хорошо знают месторасположение отеля. Приятный персонал на ресепшн. -: Номер очень маленький. Крайне сомневаюсь, что это был заказанный улучшенный номер, но с ними связываться себе дороже. Номер ветхий, поюзанный. Санузел крайне маленький, для карликов, со старой советской плиткой, крашеной 5 раз перекошенной дверью, но опрятный. Ужасный перекошенный шкаф в прихожей. Нет русских телеканалов. Поздний чек-аут возможен до 18 часов за половину суточной стоимости номера. Учитывая, что отель был полупустой, могли бы и разрешить остаться дольше. Депозит за номер в сумме проживания блокируется на карте. Как обычно в Китае ... деньги ждать теперь 40 дней.

+: Вид из окна на реку. Близко к основным достопримечательностям. Хорошие завтраки. -: Нет автоматов с водой и напитками. На ресепшен не поменяли юани на доллары, хотя они же мне меняли доллары на юани.
