+: Очень хороший отель, великолепная веранда, которая сглаживает незнание англ Яз персонала на ресепшен. -: На ресепшен был единственный администратор Хейли, которая говорила по-английски, видимо, ее все замучили, так как обращались все только к ней. Только на это и могу списать ее недовольное выражение лица (дайте Хейли отдохнуть). Когда она увидела наличность, вообще расстроилась, что ей приходится с нами общаться. Потом мы спросили у нее, где есть ресторан, максимально близко к отелю. Хейли отправила нас налево, искать большой торговый комплекс, в котором есть много ресторанов, минутах в 10 ходьбы от отеля. Очень жаль, что мы только на следующий день узнали, что в 10 шагах (не преувеличиваю -именно в 10 метрах от отеля ) есть великолепный ресторан chalet с европейской непревзойденной едой.

+: Всем рекомендую этот замечательный отель, при регистрации вежливый персонал пересмотрел варианты заселения и предложил мне более лучший вариант за те-же деньги, было очень приятно. По итогу проживания отмечу: 1. Расположение в центре города рядом с набережной делового центра (шикарный вид), 2. Доступность к метро ( пешком 3 минуты)3. Завтраки были по принципу шведский стол но с большим ассортиментом блюд на разный национальный вкус! Ставлю за это отдельный плюс! 4. Уборка номера проходит ежедневно. 5. Персонал отзывчивый готовый помочь даже если у вас огромный языковой барьер :). Приеду ещё раз обязательно в этот отель!

+: отличное место расположение, хороший завтрак. -: отсутствие банных принадлежностей, отсутствие сейфа, уборка номера только по запросу на ресепшене. Номерам премиум класса явно требуется освежить ремонт.

+: Действительно хороший отель: отличное месторасположение, близко к метро пару минут пешком, внутри уютно, несмотря на неприглядность фасада, быстрое заселение за 1-2 мин, приветливый персонал, хороший просторный номер, самые шикарные завтраки за всю мою историю поездок более чем в 20 странах, если можно было бы поставить 15 - я бы поставила. Однозначно рекомендую!! за неделю до него снимали Рэдиссон, цена - вдвое выше, уровень - вдвое ниже. -: неплохо помыть бы стекла. фасад здания немного староват, остановка рядом с отелем запрещена, такси очень нервничали когда высаживали нас около отеля.
