Saturday the 3 of March at 8 20 a.m. we requested the front desk attendant Zulamy if the arrangements for the taxi at 8 30 a.m. were done, as we had already kindly asked the previous night. She answered in a no proper way that if we had requested it, it would have been done. She answered while looking at her facebook!! The taxi did not arrive and at 840 we had to asked her again for the taxi...she was so in her facebook, however she called a taxi. Then a taxi arrived and was almost sent back by the bellman, as I think he was not informed by the the front desk while she was so busy with her facebook. If it is not because the taxi driver insisted and I could listen I wild have miss a second taxi! I found shocking to talk to people who do not look at you while looking at the facebook and I find disturbing that workers are using the time they should be working in doing private stuff...by the excellent standards I found in Varadero and elsewhere in Cuba, the performance of this lady is unacceptable.Гость Jose вы Read more

There was no water in outdoor pool. There was noise from the street and strong smell of gasoline, but only if you open windows.Breakfast was beyond expectations, it was excellent. I did not take coffee and hot dishes, but eggs and cold plates were good. The hotel was recently taken over by NH Collection so has just had new furniture and decor etc. Really comfortable - only downside pool wasnt open when I was there.
