Таких моментов не было Для нас месторасположение было идеальным. Кроме того, сравнили территории близлежащих отелей, их чистоту, бассейны, пляжи, и пришли к выводу, что не ошиблись с выбором. Конечно не европейские 4 звезды, но Куба это Куба. Мест, где можно поесть в отеле, предостаточно- 4. Кроме того, прямо на выход на пляж есть бургерная. Персонал старается, чтобы отдых был отличным. Анимация очень активная и недостатка в ней не было. Номер чистый, полотенец предостаточно, постельное белье тоже чистое. Подушки удобные. По запросу нам принесли второй плед, поэтому всё было комфортно. Время проживания: Январь 2018
