-: Ac was switched off during a heatwave. After a warning from Cyprus authorities they switched on the ac which was not working properly. Asked for a fan which was not provided. Towels were not changed and we always had to beg for toilet paper and everything required. No dinner or cafeteria facilities

-: I have no idea why this place is rated 4*! We were there for two nights. We live in Cyprus, so did not have passports with us. We presented our Cypriot ID cards, which were reluctantly accepted after a bit of an argument! We booked an executive suite. Sparsely furnished. The soap container for the shower had leaked everywhere. Very basic double bed. Horrible pillows. Tiny tv which you had to be in bed to watch. Only one tea bag and a few coffee sashets , no complimentary water or anything. It states that there is a bar and restaurant. Neither were open when we were there. The breakfast was also very basic! There is parking on site but only for 4 vehicles and very tights to manoeuvre.
