Located 200 m from the beach of Pernera, Amadora Luxury Villas is a complex of spacious villas with private pools and furnished, paved sun terraces. The complex features free WiFi access and is only 100 m from restaurants and bars.
Featuring modern decoration, the villas at Amadora consist of 3 bedrooms one of which has private bathroom, and spacious living rooms opening out to the terrace. There is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with leather chairs in all units.
Outdoor furniture, sun loungers and BBQ facilities are available. The villas offer views to the church of the Prophet Elias on the top of the hill.
A 15-minute walk will take you to the heart of Protaras with restaurants, bars and beaches with a variety of water sports. Larnaca is within 35 mi. Free private parking is offered on site.

+: From start to finish the villa was great. Keys easy to get. Villa far bigger than expected and the pool was perfect for multiple families. Dishwasher and Washing machine made life so much easier meaning not as much luggage was required. Despite being away from the centre of Protaras there was still plenty to do without the noise of the nightlife.

-: Not a real dislike, just a comment. Rather tight space around the pool. We will book one of the others next time that has slightly more outside space. Master en-suite shelf needs attention as its very loose and you cannot put anything on it without products falling the sink it didn't impact our holiday, just a comment.

+: Beautiful villas with good facilities. We hired 3 villas as a large, extended family and all were a great standard. Pool clean with a variety of inflatables left (I assume by previous guests) and kept tidy by management. Baby equipment was provided and we even had a doll and pram left ready for our 4 year old to play with. Erika, the property manager, couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend.
-: We went very early in the season so many restaurants etc weren't yet open, neither were the boat trips or water park. Not a reflection on the villas though.

+: The immediate respond of Mrs Erika to the above mentioned complaint, where they offered us one fun so to make the situation with the hot more smooth.
-: The 1 aircondition unit in the living room and kitchen area was not enough.There was also a timer for 2 hrs and you had to be alert to switch it on every time.
