-: We got to the room, the refrigerator caused a short circuit and the electricity jumped, we called the reception to check it and they didn't come to check until we went down to the reception. The air conditioner was broken. The glass-fronted was not locked (according to the hotel it is fine that it was not locked). There was no key to the safe and they said they would bring it for a deposit of 20 euros. We asked for one more key to the room and they asked for a deposit of 50 euros for it. In the evening, we were moved to another room that did not suit us -we asked for separate beds and they brought us a double bed. we were moved to a third room, where there was a blockage in the shower. We felt that there was no one to talk to. In shame we had to look for another place. They weren't even willing to credit us for the days we didn't sleep in the hotel. Don't come any closer!! הגענו לחדר, המקרר גרם לקצר והחשמל קפץ, התקשרנו לקבלה שיבדקו את זה ולא הגיעו לבדוק עד שירדנו לקבלה. המזגן היה מקולקל. הוטרינריה לא ננעלה (לטענת נציג המלון זה בסדר שלא ננעלת).לא היה מפתח לכספת ואמרו שיביאו עבור פיקדון של 20 יורו. ביקשנו מפתח נוסף לחדר הם ביקשו עבורו פיקדון של 50 יורו. בערב העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר שלא התאים לנו (ביקשנו מיטות נפרדות והביאו לנו מיטה זוגית)העבירו אותנו לחדר שלישי, שם היתה סתימה במקלחת. הרגשנו שאין עם מי לדבר. בבושת פנים נאלצנו לחפש מקום אחר. הם אפילו לא היו מוכנים לזכות אותנו על הימים שלא ישנו במלון. אל תתקרבו!!
