+: Over friendly and helpful personal. Especially at tge reception. Thanks to them, we managed to save our vacation after another bad experience with a so-called 5 start Evelthon!
-: Not enough information about the facilities. For example, we found a laundry only by the end of the 1st week. And there is a library. And got information about it only when we were leaving.
