During breakfast, bread rolls were missing, and we waited there for them to bake more.4. Despite having paid upon my arrival, during check-out, they rudely asked me to pay. When I told them it was already paid for, they asked me to search for the receipt.5. The tv it does not work and they fixed it after we arrived
