+: the only positive point of the property is the location. Not in the center of Protaras, but in walking distance of main street. 2 small clean lagoons is 3 mins walk - wild beach.
-: if you want to lose your money and nerves, come here. the house itself is good enough, not new, but of good size.. be ready you purchase the photoshopped pictures of the interior, nothing common with reality. the living room sofas are old and broken, can not sit, roller blinds in the kitchen are all greasy, stains and footprints on the walls, so the housekeeping sucks as they even can not clean the walls ( not paint). the cutlery is poor. the terrace furniture is old and rusty, the parasol is broken, can not be used. the area around pool and terrace is uncleaned with cigarette butts. Pull is Ok, clean. The beds are OK, new mattresses. the bathroom sink was stuck. So, at arrival we started to clean the floor and make the terrace a bit habitable. please also note that the part of hedge is sick and already died of fungus, so you look not at green leaves but partially at dry trunks :(. the situation is the nice pictures of the property are not only on Booking but at local real estate sites, so in full responsibility of the landlord. not worth of money paid at all, as had been traveling around Cyprus for several years and have the experience of villas rent.

+: Exellent location next from fig tree bay. I had a small problem woth tge aircondition,but the response i had from the management was really fast and good in no time.
