In a secluded location on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, Chrysland Hotel offers guests a friendly and peaceful setting, surrounded by lush green gardens. All the rooms with attached bathroom come with a TV.
An extensive list of facilities, which includes hot tub, gym and billiards, ensures there is something for everyone. All rooms are fitted with a satellite flat-screen TV. The hotel offers Sky satellite TV and free WiFi in all areas. Diving lessons are provided upon charge. Air conditioning and fridges are also provided upon charge.
The bar serves a variety of drinks and snacks, complemented by Happy Hour and late-night service. You can relax at the open-air restaurant patio and delight in the local cuisine and wines.
A 10-minute walk takes you to glorious sandy beaches and crystal clear Mediterranean waters of Nissi Beach. A further 5-minute walk brings you to a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and the buzz of nightlife.

+: The hotel was actually quite near the Nissi beach, around 10 minutes of walk. The room had a balcony, which is also a good point to mention.
-: The service we were provided was awful. The hotel offered us an awful experience. We arrived at 2 am at night and had beforehand mentioned our arrival time via message in booking. No one was waiting for us and after showing our booking, they gave us a double room saying there is no option and we have to stay in this room being three of us. Before that, we had booked a triple room and already paid for it. In the end, they agreed to give us two rooms for the first night and solve the situation first thing in the morning. In the morning they told that the hotel is currently not fully open, the pool is not working, they cannot provide us with a breakfast and there is no hot water in the rooms. After a lot of discussions and having ruined our first day, they finally agreed to repair the hot water and give us two rooms.

-: Piše da je prijava od 14h, mi smo došli oko 18h, na recepciji nije bilo apsolutno nikoga,pola sata smo po hotelu tražili nekog od djelatnika,pa smo onda još pola sata čekali da dođe osoba koja je trebala biti na recepciji,a nije. Rekli su nam da nisu znali da dolazimo i da soba nije spremna,pa smo čekali još 20 min da čistačica očisti sobu... Zbog čekanja da se soba očisti dobili smo besplatnu večeru u drugom hotelu istog vlasnika (večera je bila odlična,vlasnik je osobno došao do nas i pozdravio,popričao,ali nije znao da njegovi djelatnici nisu na svome radnom mjestu..Mi nismo htjeli govoriti jer smo bili previše gladni 🙃)Sobe su poprilično starinski uređene, relativno čiste ( ne skroz,pogotovo podovi). Noćili smo dvije noći,dakle 3 dana,i u tom periodu nitko nije došao počistiti,iako smo na vratima ostavili znak. Također, sami smo morali ići tražiti čiste ručnike,a sušila za kosu nije bilo. Zaobilaziti u širokom luku...
