+: Our stay here was great! We loved our room and it was perfect for the relaxing holiday we were looking for as everything was easy to find at the resort. We wanted to give a particular shoutout to Tamara in Guest Relations who was always willing to help us with anything we needed!
-: At points some groups of people staying could be quite noisy! It’s not the fault of the hotel and didn’t detract from the stay but it was something we were surprised by.

+: It was the first time that me and my husband decided to stay in this hotel! From the very first moment we realized that our day there will be unforgettable! We approached the bar and Nencho (bartender) and Ms Sonia with there friendly and charming personality welcomed us and helped us decide what to drink. His cocktails were just perfect! Also it is worth noticing the services we received at the restaurant of the hote. Ms Fotoulla (head waitress) and her excellent team, including Milena (waitress), George (waiter) and Carlos (waiter) were also around us to explain all the dishes and help us choose our meals during our stay at the hotel and always willing to respond and help us with any of our requests !!! Miss Katerina is worth mentioning as well as she was a lively young lady who greeted us with a wide smile in her face. Finally, we would like to mention Ms Tamara (guest relations assistant) who helped us get oriented in the hotel and with her friendly approach we felt like we are in our home!!!

+: The room was clean and lovely, appearance like the website photos, good ac and tv. Most of the staff were very friendly, facilities very good and as described. Also the guest app and constant communication through the app was a nice touch. Location beautiful.
-: Restaurants closed way too early, we didn't manage to eat in despite being all inclusive. Very odd for Cyprus. The reception staff was aloof, we didn't get the warm welcome we had hoped for. This was limited only to reception, the rest of the staff was great.
