+: The apartment seemed clean and had all things you need I'd say. The neighbourhood was quiet and from the balcony you had a very nice view over the city. There was even a washing machine and ironing board.
-: Bathroom had no hot water, at least not at night. Which wasn't that bad since the water in summer here is not ice cold, but nonetheless hot water should be always available. There was at least one loud neighbour during the day, so not exactly good if you want to take a nap or have some quiet time.
