-: A few things not available on room service menu There was issues with hot water for 2 days and it was brown, no shower in the morning and it took them all day to sort anything out after sending 6 people up to my room. The tv had not one channel in English despite satellite tv reception was fuzzy on few channels, lucky had my laptop. Not good enough for 5 star hotel
