+: המלון לא חדש אבל משופץ ברוב המקומות ומתוחזק טוב, היה נקי. החדרים יפים ומסודרים. איזור הבריכה יפה ויש חוף ים פרטי.תמורה טובה למחיר. עובדים נעימיםחדר כושר עם מגוון מכשירים למי שחשוב לו.
-: הגענו לצ'ק אין ב 10 בבוקר וחיכינו המון זמן לחדר.שעת הכניסה אומנם רק ב 15 אבל קיבלנו את החדר רק ב 15 ורבע מה שהשאיר רושם שהכל הסידור של החדר שלנו בוצע בדקה ה 90 וכראייה לכך נשארו בארון חטיפים מאורחים קודמים.שלא פונו משם. נושא המגבות בבריכה דורש שיפור, מביאים רק מגבות לכיסוי המיטות שיזוף אבל לא מביאים מגבות לגוף.חדר הרחצה בחדר יפה אבל כל הורדת מים בשרותים האסלה משפריצה מים לכל עבר. חוץ מזה הכל היה מעולה.

+: מלון מהמם עם תמורה טובה למחיר ארוחת בוקר מצויינתכל הצוות נחמד מאוד יש חוף פרטי מהמם ובר בבריכה - הבר קצת יקר אבל שתינו ממנו גם די הרבה כי אין כלכך משהו באיזור המלון
-: קיבלנו את החדר רק בשעה 16 בצהריים שזה היה מתיש מאוד ומבאס בזבז לנו את כל היום.היה לנו 3 חדרים במלון , ב1 מהחדרים היה כל הזמן תקלות בחשמל ובכספת וגם שסדרו את זה יום למחרת שוב לא עבד.

-: Making up the room wasn't perfect either they don't bring enough towels or forget to bring coffee or to refill the mini bar .

+: Overall, my experience was good. The hotel is newly renovated, the lobby and rooms are nicely furnished giving you a luxury feel when you enter the resort. The pool is big, and the beach is clean. The poolside restaurant and room service was great too. A special thank you goes to Mio at the lobby bar for being so welcoming and Ariadne for her outstanding recommendations for ways to spend our time in Limmasol. Both made our stay 100% better and we thank them immensely for their hospitality and kindness.
-: Upon our arrival, we were not given a room until 6 hours of waiting. Although we did send an email prior that we will be arriving early, and understandably it is always based on availability. However the reception at the time were not accommodating, and they did not prepare ahead of time for the tourist season as they claimed they were short staffed and the cleaning staff were not enough to get the rooms cleaned in time for check-in. Unfortunately that ruined our first impression. Other than that, the staff (Mio and Ariadine) worked really hard to ensure the remainder of our days were as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
