+: Great hotel staff, we got 3 rooms in a place we didn't like because we arrived late, the next day George, the hotel manager, arranged for a location that would suit our needs at no extra charge, in addition to Arya and M.T for a very good atmosphere in the bar, great location ,Thank 😎

+: Every member of staff were lovely. The owner George goes out of his way to accommodate any requests you have. Front of house bar staff are friendly and personable too, In particular Andreas, George & Harriet ( sorry didn't catch the other staff names) but you were all great ( and lets not forget the housekeeping team that comes in 23 times a week to change towels, make beds empty bins and ensures toilet tissue is stocked, thank you!)Accommodation is basic but clean & spacious. The location is excellent. The Napa square is practically right behind the hotel yet it was so peaceful. Security is excellent, we all felt very safe staying there as its residents only. Thank ypu for everything, we will be back soon!

-: All was great but the self catering kitchen facilities were very basic, just two hob rings, no grill or oven. . It would have been useful to have a toaster and microwave in the room. Mattresses were just a little hard

-: Sängarna är obekväma alls, städning varannan dag. Staff are not interested in giving a good service. Inga parasoller vid poolen. Känns som ett fängelse, då man inte kan ta me sig sina vänner, inte ens till baren utan att fråga personal.Frukosten är med dålig utbud. Samma varje dag
