Only 200 m from Pernera Beach, in Protaras, Livas Hotel Apartments features spacious, self-contained apartments with furnished balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. It is a 5-minute drive from Protaras center.
The air-conditioned Livas Apartments offer a seating room with sofas and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dining table. In-room amenities include a satellite TV and radio.
Livas Hotel offers a swimming pool, as well as a separate children’s pool. Guests can enjoy a game of pool table, or play video games at the hotel’s games rooms.

+: The staff, location, food and service was exceptional. We had a studio, it was a good size, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was a little hard but we put a folded blanket under the sheet. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels replaced as needed. The chef and staff were very approachable, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and evening meal were allergy coded and there was always a selection to choose from. We had a very enjoyable stay.

+: Quite and clean hotel with nice big pool and pool bar with cheap meals and drinks. Great location, just 2 minutes to the beach.
-: Bath towels did not smell pretty good. Check-out at 11:00 is a bit early. It could be extended an hour later at least.
