Enjoying a quiet location, just a short distance from the lively Ayia Napa, these family-run apartments provide a friendly and relaxed base, with plenty of leisure facilities.
The spacious, fully air-conditioned Loutsiana Deluxe Apts come with a large balcony or terrace and free Wi-Fi. Some units have a fully equipped kitchenette and there is an electric kettle, a fridge and a toaster in all. They also include a seating area with an LCD TV. A safety box is available upon charge.

The famous Macronissos Beach is just a 10-minute walk from Loutsiana Deluxe Apts and the biggest water park in Ayia Napa is a 5-minute walk away.

+: Wszystko czyściutkie, sprzątane codziennie, wymieniane reczniki. Były kosmetyki w łazience. Śniadania angielskie, powtarzalne, ale każdy znajdzie coś pysznego dla siebie. Hotel położony jest na obrzeżach Ayia Napy więc jest cicho i spokojnie. Jak ktoś poszujuje rozrywki to proponuję wybrać inne miejsce.

-: Nous avions demandé 2 lits simples côte à côte et nous avons eu un lit double On vous met à disposition des dosettes de café et des sachets de thé mais c'est payant Manque une bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée

+: Loved our stay at Loutsiana! The staff on reception were very polite and efficient and explained everything we needed to know. The staff on the barbreakfast were also great, but a special thank you to Anna who was so friendly and always smiling! The rooms were spotlessly clean and the housekeepers were very thorough. The pool was a lovely temperature and breakfast quite good as well.
-: There was no "do not disturb" sign available in the room, so if you want a lie in, you have to get up when the housekeepers are knocking to tell them you don't need the room cleaned. We also found that people were reserving sunbeds with towels and then not using them until the afternoon. This was a bit annoying when you couldn't find a free one and wanted a lie in the sun!
