    -: החליפו מגבות ביום הרביעי וכששאלתי בקבלה אמרו שמחליפים ביום השלישי והסברתי שלא הוחלף צגבות כבר 3 לילות .. כשהביאו מגבות היה ריח לא נעים למגבות ... לא מנקים את החדר רק מסדרים את המיטות אפילו כוסות קפה לא החליפו ולא ניקו במהלך כל השהייה . כספת לא עבדה בכלל ביקשתי לתקן ולא תיקנו בכלל .. רוב הזמן לא היה מים חמים במקלחת .. למזגן היה ריח לא טוב .. כשביקנו לעבור חדר לא קיבלו את הבקשה שלנו בכלל למרות שרוב המלון היה ריק בלי אנשים .. לא מרוצה בכלל מהשירות ..
