+: Location of alternative apartment was good.Restaurant just up the road was friendly with excellent food

-: On arrival at the NY Apartments informed that I was being accommodated at the Sunny Hills Apartments as they were closed for security reasons. The most annoying part is this was known weeks before I arrived.Sunny Hills Apartments were of a reasonable standard but needs money spent to upgrade it to a standard offering.I also paid for fully inclusive as it was a Christmas.as break and didn't know what would be available that was a big mistake, meals were the same for lunch and dinner over the 9 days he ce the recommendation for the restaurant just up the road.Sunny Hills need investment

-: Zostaliśmy zakwaterowani w innym hotelu niz rezerwowaliśmy - hotel przed przyjazdem nas o tym nie poinformował - dopiero na miejscu (ok godziny 23ej) zostaliśmy o tym poinformowani i wysłani taksówką do innego hotelu po za miastem - hotel okazał się bardzo slaby i nie mieliśmy możliwości zmienić rezerwacji i hotelu (bo było za późno na szukanie innego hotelu oraz naszej rezerwacji nie dalo się juz anulowac).Ze strony hotelu nie bylo zadnej informacji o zmianie az do przyjazdu.Nie polecam !!!!

+: Pomimo rezerwacji w hotelu New York, przeniesiono nas do bliźniaczego butikowego hotelu Marica. Z faktu przenosin byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, bo lokalizacja na uboczu tuż przy morzu okazała się atutem. Widok na zachody słońca był niesamowity.

-: Nie będę się czepiał na siłę.

+: we were transferred to a different accommodation- sunny hill hotel apartments very welcoming staff, lovely pool and apartments with stunning sea views. food was mediocre but was what u expected as it is not a particularly expensive accommodation

-: kettle was broken in room and there were stains on the towels
